Common Help

Make sure your iPhone or iPad is updated to the latest available iOS or iPadOS version.
If something looks stuck, fully close the app and open it again.
If a coloring page does not open, check that your device has enough free storage.

If you bought the full version and it is not active, open the app and use Restore Purchases. Purchases are handled securely by Apple.

For refunds or billing questions, please use Apple Support because Apple manages App Store payments.
