Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of Quran Verse Widget, including the iPhone app, widgets, website, and related services (together, the “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for them.

The Service provides Quran ayahs, translations, display preferences, favorites, widgets, themes, and related tools for personal devotional use. It is not legal, medical, mental-health, financial, or professional advice.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue part of the Service when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product development.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules.

You agree not to:

• copy, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially exploit the Service;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law permits it;
• interfere with the Service, bypass security, or use it to violate another person’s rights; or
• use the Service in a way that could damage, overburden, or impair its operation.

If paid features or subscriptions are offered, the price, duration, and included features are shown in the App Store purchase screen before you confirm.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation. Any auto-renewing subscription may renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.

Refund requests are handled by Apple under its applicable refund policies. If an entitlement does not appear after purchase, use the app’s restore-purchases control if available or contact support.

The Service, including its original text, designs, code, names, and branding, belongs to the developer or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Quran text and translations may be provided under separate permissions or licenses. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you. Confirm the final translation attribution and licensing details before publication.

Apple is not responsible for the Service and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you where applicable.

Your use of the Service must also comply with the App Store Terms of Service and other terms that apply to your Apple device or account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. You use the Service at your own discretion and risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or use arising from or related to the Service or these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued operation creates a security or operational risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute provisions.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be handled by a court with appropriate jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
