1. The short version

Stained Glass does not require an account to use the app. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your coloring activity to build advertising profiles.

2. Information we receive

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to include in your message, such as your email address and the contents of your request. Apple may provide transaction information when you purchase a subscription or other in-app purchase; Apple processes payments and we receive the information needed to validate the purchase.

The app may store your creations and preferences locally on your device. These files are part of the app experience and are not uploaded to our servers by default.

3. How we use information

We use support messages to respond to you and to improve the app. We use purchase information to unlock the content you have purchased and to comply with our legal and accounting obligations. We do not use your coloring activity for targeted advertising.

4. Third parties

The app is distributed through Apple’s App Store. Apple’s privacy policy and terms apply to Apple’s processing of information, payments, and device services. We may use service providers to operate email support or basic site infrastructure; they may process information only as needed to provide those services and under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

5. Children’s privacy

Stained Glass is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can address it.
