These terms describe the simple agreement between you and Stained Glass when you use the app, this website, or any related service.

1. Using Stained Glass
You may use Stained Glass for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment in accordance with these terms and Apple’s App Store rules. You are responsible for using the app lawfully and for keeping your device and Apple account secure.
2. Content and ownership
The app, its artwork, page designs, text, branding, and software are owned by Stained Glass or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal purposes. This license does not transfer ownership or permit you to copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the app or its content.
You retain rights in coloring work you create with the app, subject to the rights in the underlying page artwork. Please do not represent the underlying Stained Glass artwork as your own original work.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
Some content may require a purchase or subscription. Payment is charged through your Apple ID account, and subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings. Apple’s terms govern billing, refunds, and payment processing.
4. Availability and updates
We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue parts of Stained Glass from time to time. We do not guarantee that every page or feature will always be available, or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the app useful and to preserve locally stored creations when changes are within our control.
5. Disclaimers and limits
Stained Glass is provided for personal reflection and creative use. It is not medical, mental health, pastoral, legal, or financial advice. To the extent permitted by law, Stained Glass is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the app.
