These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Highland Cow Coloring (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Usage Rules set out in the App Store Terms of Service.
The App is free to download and includes a starter set of colouring pages at no cost. Additional content ("Premium") can be unlocked through the following in-app purchases, processed by Apple via the App Store:
Prices are shown in USD for reference and may vary by region and currency; the price you are charged is the one shown on the App Store purchase screen at checkout.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
To manage or cancel a subscription: open the Settings app on your device → tap your name → Subscriptions → select Highland Cow Coloring → choose Cancel Subscription. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
All purchases are billed and processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled directly by Apple in accordance with its own policies, not by us. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com or via Settings → your Apple ID → Media & Purchases → look for the transaction.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or resell the App or its content, and not to use the App for any unlawful purpose. All colouring pages, characters (including the Moo Stars herd), artwork, and trademarks in the App are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or iOS version.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and has the right to enforce them against you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
