Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Magic Unicorn: Kids Coloring (the "App") handles information. The App is published by the Magic Unicorn team ("we," "us," or "our"). Because the App is designed for children, we have built it to comply with the Apple App Store Kids Category guidelines, the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including GDPR-K provisions for children.

1. Information we do not collect

We have intentionally designed Magic Unicorn so that it does not collect any personal data. Specifically, the App does not collect:

• Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or contact information
• Photos, camera, microphone, or location data
• Device identifiers used for advertising or cross-app tracking
• Usage analytics, behavioral data, or profiles of any kind
• Any information that could identify a child or their parent

2. Information stored on the device

Your child's coloring progress and finished artwork are saved locally on your device only. This content never leaves the device, is never transmitted to us or to any third party, and is removed when the App is deleted. We have no access to it.

3. No advertising and no third-party trackers

The App contains no advertising of any kind and integrates no third-party advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or social media trackers. There is no behavioral advertising and no data sharing with advertisers or data brokers.

4. Purchases

The App offers a single optional one-time purchase (the "Lifetime Unlock") processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details. All purchases are protected behind a parental gate (a press-and-hold action) to help prevent accidental purchases by children. Apple's handling of payment information is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

5. Children's privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)

Magic Unicorn is directed to children. Consistent with COPPA and GDPR-K, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the relevant age in your jurisdiction) — in fact, we do not collect personal information from anyone. Because no personal data is collected, no parental consent for data collection is required. Parental controls within the App, such as the parental gate, restrict access to purchasing and external links.

6. Links outside the App

The App keeps children inside the experience. Any links intended for parents (such as this policy or support contact) are placed behind the parental gate where applicable, in line with Apple's Kids Category requirements.

7. Data security

Because no personal data is transmitted or stored on our servers — we operate no servers that receive your data — there is no personal information for us to expose. Content saved on your device is protected by your device's own security and the operating system's app sandbox.

8. Your rights

Since we do not collect personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on our side. To remove all locally stored artwork and progress, simply delete the App from your device.

9. Changes to this policy

If we ever change how the App handles information, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
