Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Magic Unicorn: Kids Coloring (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you are a parent or guardian agreeing on behalf of a child, you accept these Terms for yourself and your child. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which is incorporated by reference.

2. Purchases

The App offers a single optional one-time purchase ("Lifetime Unlock", $6.99 or local equivalent) that unlocks all coloring pages and features. There are no subscriptions. All purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to the App Store terms. Purchases are protected behind a parental gate. Refunds are managed by Apple through your App Store account; please see Apple's refund process.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the App or its content;
• Use the App in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to circumvent the parental gate or any security feature.

4. Intellectual property

The App, including all artwork, line drawings, illustrations, design, code, sounds, and the "Magic Unicorn" name and logo, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Artwork your child creates by coloring is yours to keep and enjoy for personal use.

5. Children's use

The App is intended for use by children under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Parents are responsible for supervising their children's use of the App and any purchases. See our Privacy Policy for how we protect children's privacy.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

8. Changes to the App and Terms

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence to the extent required, and otherwise by generally applicable consumer-protection law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
