Butter Buddies is a coloring book app built around small character-led pages. We aim to collect and use only the information needed to operate the app, respond to support requests, and keep the experience reliable.
This policy applies to the Butter Buddies app and to this website. It does not cover Apple’s own services or websites; those are governed by Apple’s privacy policy.
Information we handle
Information you send us
If you email support, we receive the details you choose to include, such as your email address, device context, screenshots, and the description of the issue. We use that information to reply and troubleshoot.
Information created in the app
The app may process the pages, colors, or other content you choose to create or save. The exact storage behavior depends on the current app build. Confirm the final behavior here before publishing.
Device and diagnostics
When necessary to keep the app working, the app or an enabled service provider may process basic device, crash, or performance information. We do not use this page to promise a data practice that the shipped build does not support.
Your choices
- You can choose what to include in a support email.
- You can manage app permissions through iPhone Settings.
- You can ask us to review or delete support correspondence, subject to reasonable records we need to keep.
We do not sell personal information. If the app’s data practices change materially, update this policy and the App Store privacy information before releasing the change.
