By downloading, accessing, or using Butter Buddies, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or website.
These terms are a plain-language starting point for Butter Buddies. If a local law gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights still apply.
Using the app
Butter Buddies is for personal, non-commercial use. Please use the app lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it where prohibited, or use it to infringe someone else’s rights.
You are responsible for keeping your device and Apple account secure. App availability can depend on your device, operating system, network, and Apple’s services.
Content and ownership
Butter Buddies’ name, artwork, characters, software, and website content belong to the publisher or its licensors. These terms give you a limited, personal right to use the app; they do not transfer ownership.
You keep any rights you have in original work you create with the app. Do not upload, share, or use someone else’s work unless you have permission.
Changes and availability
We may update, pause, or retire parts of the app as the product changes. If we make a material change to these terms, we will update the date above and provide any notice required by law.
Purchases
If Butter Buddies offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, the price and renewal details will be shown before purchase. Billing, refunds, and purchase management are handled through Apple’s App Store terms and account tools.
